Karen Menezes on July 4, 2015The KLP site had become almost unmaintainable. The preprocessor files took minutes to compile, thanks to thousands of lines of inefficient CSS.
A custom, modular CSS framework reduced the number of lines of code to less than a fourth of the original. The front-end of the site is now a collection of components that can be gracefully extended and themed as required, thanks to a well-documented living style guide.
